About

In partnership with The Fans for Diversity campaign which is jointly run by The Football Supporters' Federation and Kick It Out, we’re hosting our annual Proudly East London 5-a-side football tournament. Since it first started in 2015, the tournament aims to bring football teams and community groups together to celebrate the diversity of East London and promote inclusion both within and beyond football.

The tournament features women’s, men’s and mixed teams from across the UK and will run from 12pm-5pm on Saturday, July 15, at Haggerston School pitch (E2 8LS) followed by an after-party for participants and attendees. On Friday, July 14, we're kicking the tournament weekend off with a special screening of "Ayaktakimi" and a guest speaker to discuss issues facing ultras in Turkey.

We're running a food bank for our local refugee group at the event, so please bring nonperishable food items to contribute to this. If you’d like to help out with refereeing, or volunteer to help in any way, please let us know.
